Prabhjit Singh Sarai, a Bachelor of Physiotherapy graduate and fitness influencer, has been helping clients achieve their fitness goals in Canada since 2020. Alongside him, his wife Harkirat Kaur Sarai, also known as KaurWithCurves, is a qualified BPT and RMT professional as well as a fitness influencer.
Together with their team, they run the Prabh Sarai Fitness app, offering structured home workout programs, gym workout programs, and diet plans for clients who are committed to improving their health, strength, and overall fitness. Their approach combines professional education, practical experience, and years of client coaching to deliver effective fitness and nutrition guidance through their online platform.

Post-delivery exercise guidance
Get back in shape after delivery.
We provide plans before pregnancy or after delivery only when your doctor has cleared you to exercise. Our coaching is structured, progressive, and exercise-focused, so medical clearance and readiness to train safely are required.
